The SSMEIC provides a mentoring program focused on enhancing science communication skills for researchers. The primary objective is to make the findings of academic research on Islam, the Middle East, and their interactions with other world regions accessible to a broader audience. Collaborating with experienced journalists, academics receive guidance in crafting articles for our online blog. Each year, these articles are featured in the Almanach magazine, a printed publication with an editorial. Starting in 2021, the Almanach has replaced the former SSMEIC Bulletin.
