The institute of Art History and Museology at the University of Neuchâtel is pleased to announce the opening of registration for Module I of the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Provenance Research, dedicated to collections from colonial contexts, which will take place on Fridays and Saturdays January 26 and 27, February 2, 3, 23 and 24 and March 1 and 2 in 2024.

The CAS in “Provenance Research” is designed to train museum professionals and individuals working in the cultural sector to meet the new thematic and methodological challenges, providing them with practical and theoretical knowledge and a global vision of themes related to colonial contexts and property looted during the National Socialist period.

An information session will be held on October 23, 2023 via videoconference.
