The Webcomic Workshop is a creative activity where students get to question their own biases about Vikings and the sagas. We are used to criticise medievalism and popular art representing the Vikings and Scandinavia - but can we really do a better job? This will be an important lesson for how to deal with representation, memory, and history. It will hopefully be fun, too! While paper and some pens will be provided, please bring whatever doodling equipment you might have. If you are more comfortable drawing on a tablet, you can bring that as well!
